As the Principal of Marchionte Properties, LLC, Sean has a reputation for his superior real estate acumen. Upon graduating from Providence College, he embarked on a career in property management, making his initial foray in the parking and valet industry. In 1991 he founded City Parking & Valet Services, Ltd., a recognized and well-respected operator in the local trade. Then, in 2001, Sean partnered with Richard R. Tasca to form Bluedog Capital Partners, LLC, Rhode Island's premiere boutique real estate investment firm offering both debt and equity investment opportunities.
While building both City Parking and Bluedog Capital Partners, Sean went on to acquire a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, which eventually consolidated into Marchionte Properties.

Lindsay joined Marchionte Properties as the Marketing Director in December 2014 and is responsible for facilitating property management documentation, managing client correspondence and developing marketing collateral.
Lindsay's background in journalism and public relations has reinforced her ability to work closely with the property manager and staff accountant to ensure all communication between the tenants and Marchionte Properties is conveyed accurately, which is key in maintaining positive tenant relations. Lindsay is excited to utilize her varied media background and passion for people to develop the role of Marketing Director.

After launching his career in public accounting and later co-founding and operating a stock options trading company, Daniel signed on as Senior Accountant with Marchionte Properties in June 2015. His duties include the preparation of financial statements as well as the accounting, reporting and management of the company's portfolio of assets.
Daniel has become extremely well-versed in the operation of Marchionte Properties and has developed advanced expertise in accounting. His strong work ethic, can do attitude and teamwork philosophy has made him a great addition to the team.

Bluedog Capital Partners welcomed Idaris as a Staff Accountant in March 2017 where she has excelled in matters of accounting including the streamlining of financial reports, bank reconciliation, accounts payable and the management of our property tax database.
After graduating from Curry College with a degree in accounting, Idaris launched her professional career in corporate accounting with Bank of America where she consulted on developing financial models and assisted with the tracking of the sales team performance. She later worked as a financial analyst at CVS and spent time at Santander Bank. There she oversaw staffing levels and created training documentation as well as monitored and analyzed the daily activity of the contact center.
Idaris’ ability to quickly adapt to challenging situations along with her willingness to take on a variety of responsibilities has been beneficial to the continued growth of the company.

Jason Macera brings more than a decade of experience in property management to Marchionte Properties. His expansive background in the REO field includes inspection and repair of property damage, rehab projects, flood and cleanup remediation, as well as emergency prevention.
Jason is responsible for resolving any and all tenant concerns, liaising between property owners and residents, assisting with the collection of rents and seasonal maintenance. Jason is talented, energetic, enthusiastic, and committed to excellence. He goes above and beyond to make sure every task is completed with attention to detail and a high regard for quality. His dedication and outstanding work ethic have proved to be invaluable to the organization.

Kimberlyn signed on with Marchionte Properties in 2016 and has been essential in redeveloping the role of Office Manager. Her background in customer service has proven to be invaluable in managing her responsibilities which include governing office operations and procedures, supervising the retrieval, protection and transfer of important records and assisting with tenant relations.
Most recently Kim worked within Citizen's Bank where she developed a strong knowledge of lending practices and federal regulations as well as provided technical support to clients, oversaw the services levels on incoming sales and cultivated new business leads. A natural people person, Kim has demonstrated a strong sense of adeptness and professionalism and looks forward to growing with the company.
